1-1 Coaching Sessions

60 minutes each session; minimum 3 session bundle

  • Connect to your values and leader within

  • Work through limiting beliefs, challenges or decisions

  • Share and explore out loud all the ideas you may have dismissed as "crazy" or "not now" or "not me" with no judgements

  • Build resilience and break patterns by identifying your inner critics and allies

  • Take meaningful action toward what matters to you

Sessions are conducted online and available globally.

Coaching starts from the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You already have wisdom, strength, and answers within you. Coaching helps you access them more clearly.

Forward-looking and growth-oriented

We explore what you want, what's getting in the way, and what new possibilities you can create.

About awareness, choice, and intentional action

It's a space to slow down, reflect, experiment with new perspectives, and take steps aligned with who you want to be.

Confidential, safe, and non-judgmental

You bring the agenda; I hold the space, listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and help you stay connected to what matters.

What Coaching IsN’T

Not therapy

We may touch on emotions and past experiences, but coaching is not about diagnosing, healing, or treating psychological conditions.

Not consulting

I don't analyse your problems or provide expert solutions. Instead, I help you find clarity and direction.

Not mentoring

I'm not here to tell you what I did or what you "should" do.

Not performance management

It's not an evaluation, assessment, or corrective process. It's a supportive partnership focused on your growth.

Not about fixing you

You're not a problem to solve. Coaching helps you expand your awareness, tap into your strengths, and move forward with intention.
