My Unique Perspective
What I Bring to Coaching
Naithy Cyriac, Founder, Accelevate Advisors
Leaders work with me because I bring a blend of global experience, real-world leadership, and coaching depth that's been shaped by navigating both complexity and uncertainty.
-
I have lived in India, Singapore, the US, and Myanmar, worked across 15+ countries, and advised a diverse range of clients from the ASEAN Secretariat, the World Bank, and other public-sector agencies, as well as global corporate and financial institutions like Nestlé, AstraZeneca, and Chevron amongst others. I have first-hand experienced and navigated multiple mergers & acquisitions and a public IPO listing, learning what happens behind the scenes in board rooms, influencing global leadership decisions, and navigating changes across countries and sectors.
-
I have set up country offices from scratch, led teams and advised clients through both the pandemic and a military coup in Myanmar, learning what resilience and values-based leadership truly look like when circumstances are unpredictable.
-
I have managed multi country P&Ls, lofty sales targets, led two country offices simultaneously, engaged with Client C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies and Asian Conglomerates and recruited, managed, and coached 100+ early-career professionals, middle managers and senior leaders, giving me firsthand insight into the realities and pressures of leadership at multiple levels.
-
Having been a middle manager myself to becoming a Partner at a global consulting firm, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities of leading from the middle - balancing expectations, people, and organisational change.
-
I have completed 104 hours of Co-Active Coaching® training (Coactive Training Institute CTI - US), am a Certified Organisational Coach (Level 1) with Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL - Australia), and a Certified Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) practitioner, enabling me to create an uplifting space for reflection, honest conversations and action.
